We are currently investing in some of the unique capabilities of digital — including real-time inventory management, predictive analytics of unique customers, AI-powered search in the artisan areas, and personalization and co-creation of one-of-a-kind Art Culture Accessories — we aim to create completely new and different shopping experiences. Learning as we go and being very humble in the face of these massive social transformations. Exploring Social Commerce, which enables us to sell through social media channels also incorporates social interactions where very customized aspects of our program can thrive; peer support, reviews, and recommendations; multimedia content; personalization; and live artist interaction; are the main goals of our current events team. As a retailer, these new capabilities to create a social, interactive, immersive experience wherever customers are — we hope this fosters more, and deeper personal interactions — even in the face of the less-personal digital world.

The Women To Women network meets 2 times per month in our open Google Meet sessions.
